黄酮类化合物广泛存在于植物界,有多种的生理活性。有些中草药的总黄酮如毛冬青、银杏叶、葛根的总黄酮能扩张冠脉,增加冠脉血流量,改善心肌营养,用于治疗冠心病有一定疗效。某些合成的黄酮类化合物如黄酮(flavone)及7位有醚类侧链的黄酮衍生物——乙酯黄酮(recordil)和茶胺黄酮(perflavon)具有明显的扩张冠脉的作用,临床上用于治疗心绞痛。目前临床上使用的β-受体阻滞剂大都为芳氧丙醇胺类,含有活性基团—(?),此基团一般连接在芳环或杂环上。作者将β-受体阻滞剂的活性基团引入黄酮结构中,合成了一些[(3-胺基-2-羟基)丙氧基]黄酮(Ⅰ)。
