根据武钢的原料条件,研究了16种高碱度烧结矿的软熔性能和还原后的强度。发现烧结矿的软熔温度和还原强度随其碱度的提高而提高,在所研究的范围内,烧结矿FeO的含量对其软熔性能没有明显的影响;降低Fe0的含量不会降低烧结矿的强度。烧结矿在软熔过程中其矿物组成的变化也会影响其高温冶金性能。
According to the raw material conditions of WISCO, the soft melting properties and the reduced strength of 16 kinds of high basicity sinter were studied. It is found that the reflow temperature and the reduction strength of sinter increase with the increase of alkalinity. In the studied range, the content of FeO in sinter has no obvious effect on its reflowability; reducing the content of Fe0 will not reduce the sinter Strength of. Sinter mineral composition changes in the reflow process will also affect its high-temperature metallurgical properties.
