食道癌虽然主要发生在中老年,但青年患者亦非罕见。我院1991—1998年诊治452例食道癌,年龄在30岁以下的有18例,占3.9％。18例中,男11例,女7例。年龄19—30岁,平均25.1岁。农民8例,教师3例,学生2例,工人5例。 临床症状及体征:进行性吞咽困难17例;前胸或后背的持续性钝痛15例。大便潜血阳性2例;18例均有偶尔发生食物下咽梗噎感,其中最长病史达5年,最
Although esophageal cancer occurs mainly in the middle-aged and elderly, young patients are not uncommon. In our hospital from 1991 to 1998, 452 cases of esophageal cancer were diagnosed and treated, 18 cases were under the age of 30, accounting for 3.9%. In 18 cases, there were 11 males and 7 females. Age 19-30 years old, average 25.1 years old. There were 8 farmers, 3 teachers, 2 students, and 5 workers.
