对熔炼轧制法和粉末冶金法制取银铜钛合金纤料的工艺进行了实验研究和分析比较,证实了用粉末冶金法可生产出合格的银铜钛合金钎料。通过试验证实,用这种工艺生产的钎料可直接将陶瓷和陶瓷及陶瓷和金属进行焊接,而无需对陶瓷表面进行预先金属化处理。文中叙述了生产这种钎料的工艺研究过程并给出了有关的性能与试验结果。
