随着我国高等教育由精英化演变为大众化,加之经济社会转型的大环境使然,高校毕业生就业难逐渐成为困扰社会、学校及家庭的焦点问题。这其中,高职音乐专业毕业生由于学历层次低、毕业总人数多等缘故,更是沦为了困难群体中的弱势。党中央、国务院及其各级地方政府十分重视就业问题,将之视为最大的民生,但是有了政策支持的大环境,院校还需从提升人才培养质量和特色上多下工夫,学生本人
As the higher education in our country has evolved from elitism to popularization, combined with the general environment of economic and social transformation, employment of college graduates has become the focus of troubled society, schools and families. Among them, the higher vocational music graduates due to low academic level, the total number of graduates and other reasons, it is reduced to disadvantaged groups. The Central Party Committee, the State Council and their local governments at all levels attach great importance to the employment problem and regard it as the greatest livelihood for the people. However, with the environment of policy support, colleges and universities need to make more efforts to improve the quality and characteristics of their personnel training.
