《冰+煤》是一次纪实摄影展.展出包括中国、美国、马来西亚、俄罗斯、匈牙利、波兰和英国等国摄影师的作品.以视觉的形式揭示了人类对煤炭的开采利用所触发的隐秘的连锁反应。从煤矿深处出发,这些影像的抛物线落脚在喜马拉雅冰川群。温室效应气体正使高海拔的气候变暖,嵬巍磅礴的冰山加速融化,从青藏高原流入大海的亚洲各大河流遭受繁剧纷扰,下游地区数十亿人的生活正面临危机。参展艺术家包括阿尔弗雷德·迪阿马托、布鲁斯·戴维森、比尔德·列维、卡梅伦·戴维森、尤金·史密斯、王勉励、吴旗等。
Ice + Coal is a documentary photography exhibition featuring works by photographers from China, the United States, Malaysia, Russia, Hungary, Poland and the United Kingdom, revealing in a visual manner the hidden secrets triggered by human exploitation of coal The chain reaction. Starting from the depths of the mine, the parabolas of these images settle in the Himalayan glaciers. Greenhouse gases are warming the climate at high altitude, melting icebergs are melting, and major rivers in Asia flowing into the sea from the Tibetan Plateau suffer from troubles and the lives of billions of people in the lower reaches are facing a crisis. Among the participating artists are Alfred Di Amato, Bruce Davidson, Beard Levi, Cameron Davidson, Eugene Smith, Wang Mian Li, Wu Qi and others.
