为了正确判断心肌梗塞急性期的预后,作者用多变量分析法数量化理论第Ⅰ类一判别分析法通过电子计算机对各预后支配因子进行了分析,提出了预后判定法。选择154例在发病后72小时内入院的急性心肌梗塞患者,分为生存组118例及死亡组36例(梗塞发作后2个月内死亡,但心外原因致死者除外)2组。取入院后1小时内所得的与预后有关的21项资料分为54类用计算机算出标准化积分进行对比。
In order to correctly judge the prognosis of acute myocardial infarction, the author uses multivariate analysis of quantitative theory Ⅰ type of discriminant analysis by electronic computer analysis of the prognostic factors, the prognosis of the proposed method. A total of 154 patients with acute myocardial infarction who were hospitalized within 72 hours after onset were divided into two groups: survival group (118 cases) and death group (36 cases), which died within 2 months after the onset of infarction but were excluded from extra-cardiac causes. The 21 items of information related to prognosis obtained within one hour after hospital admission were divided into 54 categories and the standardization scores calculated by computer were compared.
