Objective To analyze the change of anti-relapse treatment rate of malaria in Dali before and after the network direct report. Methods The antiretroviral treatment rates of malaria in Dali during the pre-network reporting period (1991-2005) and online reporting were analyzed. The proportion of malaria cases reported in the 2005-2007 network reporting the outbreak of direct malaria cases and the total malaria cases The relationship between malaria anti-relapse treatment rates. Results The average rate of anti-relapse treatment from 1991 to 2005 was 97.03% (2977/30688), decreased to 63.28% in 2006 and rose to 84.79% in 2007. A total of 639 malaria cases were reported in Dali Prefecture from 2005 to 2007, of which 301 malaria cases were directly reported by the overseas websites, accounting for 47.10% of the total reported cases. Conclusion The implementation of online direct reporting to carry out anti-relapse treatment of malaria is more clear than that when the network is not directly reported, so that the hidden problems are revealed.
