一、适用范围 本标准规定压力容器使用的厚度5毫米以上150毫米以下钢板端面夹层的肉眼检查。 二、检查面 与钢板轧制方向垂直的断面取为检查面;横轧的场合,与轧制长度方向平行的断面亦取为检查面。 断面规定为平滑的气割面或剪切面。 三、检查方法 1.夹层的大小和个数,用肉眼通过检查面检查之。 2.夹层间隔不足50毫米,大致在同一线上存在时,加上相邻夹层的长度作为一个分层的长度。
First, the scope This standard specifies the thickness of pressure vessels used in more than 5 mm 150 mm steel sandwich end face of the naked eye examination.
