大型硝盐槽在加热起动过程中往往出现漏槽现象,造成损失,而且延误生产。我厂使用的一大型硝盐槽,有效工作尺寸为6×3×1米,内槽用30毫米厚的20号钢板焊成,在采用干法加热起动过程中,发生了漏槽现象,内槽两侧壁板与底板联接的角焊缝上有30余条裂纹。经分析认为,在干法起动过程中槽子各部分温度不均,是产生裂纹的主要原因。为了解决这一问题,我们提出了水法起动的方法,並通过了多次试验,在试验的基础上,在我厂181-4002硝盐槽进行了推广,投产使用。
