在毛主席“打破洋框框,走自己工业发展道路”的光辉思想指引下,我厂球墨铸铁试制成功以后,从七三年开始成批生产东方红～54、东方红～40和丰收～35球铁曲轴。几年来,经常采取领导干部、工人和技术员“三结合”研究的方法,不断解决生产中遇到的各种困难,一直坚持了比较严格的质量控制和检验制度,在任何情况下都不放松球铁曲轴的质量要求。下面就我厂采用包外孕育、中温阶段正火等工艺及质量管理制度等情况介绍如下:
