与硫氧嘧啶治疗有关的皮肤血管炎很少报道,作者报告1例使用丙硫氧嘧啶治疗1年,在下肢和右耳垂出现超敏性血管炎。患者女性,37岁。1年前诊断为甲状腺机能亢进,并使用丙硫氧嘧啶治疗(200mg/d),本次因多发性关节疼痛和下肢、右耳垂血疱入院。实验室检查:血沉35mm/h,三碘甲状隙氨酸O.4nmol/L(正常0.8～2.5nmol/L),甲状腺素10nmol/L
