学前教育是人一生中接受教育的最初阶段,它对幼儿以后的发展有着十分重要的影响。由于我国公立幼儿园数量有限,从而民办幼儿园成为学前教育的主体力量。但在民族地区,教育资源比较落后,民办幼儿园管理人员的整体水平有限,导致幼儿园整体师资水平达不到国家的要求。所以,了解民族地区民办幼儿园师资情况,对此地区学前教育事业以后的发展起着积极的作用。
Preschool education is the first stage of education in human life, it has a very important impact on the future development of young children. Due to the limited number of public kindergartens in our country, private kindergartens have become the mainstay of preschool education. However, in minority areas, the educational resources are relatively backward, and the overall level of managers in private kindergartens is limited. As a result, the overall level of teachers in kindergartens can not meet the requirements of the state. Therefore, to understand the status of private kindergarten teachers in ethnic minority areas plays an active role in the future development of preschool education in this area.
