所谓分层教学指的就是根据不同学生的学习水平进行分组、分教学内容、分教学方法等开展的教学,属于一种以人为本的全新教学模式。中等职业卫生学校近年来随着招生规模的扩大,学生人数不断增加,但学生的素质不容乐观,尤其是基础较差的学生,对英语学习兴趣不够,这就使得教师开展教学的难度加大,那么要改善当前这种现状,中职卫生学校的英语教育则应该从学生的实际出发,非常有必要革新教学方法,分层教学与该点要求就做到了契合,能够让处于不同英语水平和能力的学生在原有的知识基础上均获得一定程度的提高,从而不断激发英语学习的热情和学习的成就感,进而帮助学生英语水平和能力得以有效的提高。本研究主要是通过试验的方法来探究中职卫生学校英语教学当中分层教学的适应性,在教学重打破了原来行政班传统编制的现象,通过对传统学习模式和分层教学效果的评价最后得出了分层教学与中职卫生学校英语教学有着较强的适应性。

This study mainly explores the adaptability of stratified teaching in English teaching in secondary health school by means of experiment, breaks the traditional formulation of the original administrative class in teaching, and finally evaluates the effect of traditional learning mode and stratification teaching It concludes that stratified teaching has strong adaptability to English teaching in secondary health school.
