本文应用原位杂交组化方法研究了降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的。α-和β-两种亚型的mRNA及编码P物质(SP)的前原速激肽AmRNA(PPTAmRNA大鼠三叉神经节神经元中的表达状况。结果发现:大约有35.7%,22.3%和17.5%的三叉神经节神经元分别有α-CGRP,β-CGRP和PPTA-mRNTA表达。中、小型神经元含有上述三种肽的mRNAs,而大神经元则主要表达。α-CGRPmRNA,从而提示它们在感觉信息的传递过程中可能起着不同的作用。相邻切片法研究的结果发现:这三种肽的mRNAs可共同表达于一些中、小神经元中,提示SP和CGRP在功能上的密切关系。
In this study, CGRP was studied by in situ hybridization. The mRNAs of α- and β-subtypes and the pre-proTK AmRNA encoding substance P (SPTA) (the expression status in the trigeminal ganglion neurons of the PPTAmRNA rat were found to be approximately 35.7%, 22. 3% and 17.5% of the trigeminal ganglion neurons expressed α-CGRP, β-CGRP and PPTA-mRNTA, respectively.Middle and small neurons contained mRNAs of the above three peptides, while the major neurons expressed mainly α -CGRPmRNA, suggesting that they may play a different role in the process of sensory information transmission.As a result of the adjacent slicing method, the mRNAs of these three peptides can be co-expressed in small and medium neurons, suggesting that SP and CGRP is closely related in function.
