对伤寒混合疫苗(TAB)和霍乱疫苗的反应从局部红斑到全身性短期反应是常见的,本文记录一例从未见报导的接种后发生急性肾功能衰竭和肝炎. 病例报告: 21岁,健康男性,几年前曾接种过TAB和霍乱疫苗,以后再一次皮下接种伤寒混合疫苗和霍乱疫苗o.5毫升,一小时内受接种者出现呕吐、头痛、腹痛,当晚又发生呕吐数次和腹泻一次,在发病期间自始至终鼓励其饮水,患者出现肌肉酸痛,第二天出现颈部强直,体温上升至37.4℃,因从注射后一直无尿,于第三天住院. 体检:黄疸,无脱水征象,颈部、四肢、腹壁肌肉有明显触痛,血压90/70毫米汞柱,脉搏80次/分,律齐,心音正常,肺清晰,其他体检无异常。实验室检验:Hb15.2克/dl,WBC23.6×10~9/L方,血尿素氮23毫克%(138mg/dl).血钾3.8mm
