目的探讨并分析CT血管成像在诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成机械性阻塞原因中的作用。方法选取该院在2016年1—12月收治的被疑诊为下肢深静脉血栓的50例患者,回顾性分析患者的一般临床资料,对患者应用CT血管成像检查,并与数字减影血管造影检查结果相较,分析CT血管成像在诊断下肢深静脉血栓中的诊断作用。结果 CT血管成像检查,50例患者中仅4例正常,46例患者存在下肢深静脉血栓机械性阻塞形成,表现为左侧25例,右侧20例,双侧1例。将此次诊断结果与数字减影血管造影对比,CT血管成像诊断符合率98%,与数字减影血管造影结果一致。结论 CT血管成像在诊断下肢深静脉血栓形成机械性阻塞中诊断价值显著,相较于其他诊断方式,可以及时了解、观察其血液流通、管腔狭窄等情况,该种检查方式无创伤、安全性高,适合临床应用和推广。
Objective To investigate and analyze the role of CT angiography in the diagnosis of mechanical obstruction of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Fifty patients with suspected DVT in our hospital from January to December in 2016 were retrospectively analyzed. CT angiography was performed on the patients and was compared with digital subtraction angiography Results Compared with CT angiography in the diagnosis of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis diagnosis. Results CT angiography showed that only 4 of 50 patients were normal. 46 patients had mechanical obstruction of deep venous thrombosis of the lower extremity, which showed 25 cases on the left, 20 cases on the right and 1 case on both sides. The diagnostic results compared with digital subtraction angiography, CT angiography diagnostic accuracy of 98%, consistent with the digital subtraction angiography results. Conclusion CT angiography has significant diagnostic value in the diagnosis of mechanical obstruction of deep venous thrombosis of lower extremity. Compared with other diagnostic methods, CT angiography can observe and observe the blood flow and stenosis of the lower extremities.
