目的分析糖尿病足运用前列地尔注射液治疗效果。方法选择该院从2014年2月—2017年2月所接受80例糖尿病足患者,并随机平均分为实验组和常规组,常规组采用红花黄色素进行治疗,而实验组用前列地尔注射液进行治疗,对比两组患者的效果。结果实验组的效果优于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病足运用前列地尔注射液治疗,取得良好的效果,值得运用和推广。
Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of alprostadil injection on diabetic foot. Methods Eighty patients with diabetic foot from the hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group. The routine group was treated with safflower yellow, while the experimental group was treated with alprostadil Injection for treatment, compared the effect of two groups of patients. Results The experimental group was better than the conventional group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Diabetic foot treatment with alprostadil injection, and achieved good results, it is worth to use and promote.
