目的了解东莞市厚街镇社区预防接种门诊现状,探讨预防接种门诊的合理规划与设置,为卫生行政部门制定相关决策措施提供依据。方法运用自行设计的调查表,收集东莞市厚街镇5家预防接种门诊的基本资料,采用描述性分析方法对5家预防接种门诊的现状及设置进行分析。结果东莞市厚街镇预防接种门诊基本硬件设施、人员配备及地理位置设置基本符合预防接种门诊规范化建设标准,门诊设置基本合理。但在门诊环境、工作效率及服务时间等方面仍有进一步改进和提升的空间。结论应加大预防接种项目经费投入,进一步改善和优化预防接种门诊环境和硬件设施,加快信息化、数字化预防接种门诊建设,提高工作效率和服务质量,并调整部分门诊服务周期和服务时间,提高儿童预防接种服务的可及性。
Objective To understand the status quo of community outpatient vaccination in Houjie Town, Dongguan City, and to explore the rational planning and setting of vaccination clinics so as to provide the basis for the formulation of relevant decision-making measures by health administrative departments. Methods The questionnaire designed by ourselves was used to collect the basic data of five vaccination clinics in Houjie Town, Dongguan City, and the descriptive analysis method was used to analyze the status quo and settings of five vaccination clinics. Results The basic hardware facilities, staffing and geographical location of vaccination clinics in Houjie Town, Dongguan City were basically consistent with the standardized construction standards of vaccination clinics, and the outpatient settings were basically reasonable. However, there is room for further improvement and improvement in outpatient setting, work efficiency and service time. Conclusion The funding for vaccination projects should be increased to further improve and optimize vaccination clinic environment and hardware facilities, speed up the construction of informatization and digital vaccination clinics, improve work efficiency and service quality, and adjust part of outpatient service cycle and service time to improve Availability of child immunization services.
