目的:结合临床病例,分析降钙素原(PCT)在细菌感染性疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院收治的40例细菌感染组(其中22例一般感染,18例重症感染)和30例病毒感染者,并且在检测PCT中采用高灵敏性且操作简便的胶体金测定法进行检测,另外,还检测30例健康对照者的PCT水平,比较3组的PCT水平。结果:将0.5μg/L作为阳性阈值,40例细菌感染组患者的PCT阳性率为92.5%,30例病毒感染组患者的PCT阳性率为13.3%,两组间的PCT阳性率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。另外,40例细菌感染组中的一般感染组、重症感染组与对照组的PCT水平比较存在较大的差距,3组之间的PCT水平比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:在诊断细菌感染性疾病和诊断鉴别病毒感染性疾病的工作中应用血清PCT水平检测方法取得的良好的效果,并且,血清PCT水平检测可以判断病情的轻重和患者预后。
Objective: To analyze the clinical value of procalcitonin (PCT) in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases. Methods: Forty cases of bacterial infection (22 cases of general infection, 18 cases of severe infection) and 30 cases of virus infection were selected in our hospital and detected by colloidal gold assay with high sensitivity and easy operation in detecting PCT In addition, PCT levels of 30 healthy controls were also tested, and PCT levels were compared among the three groups. Results: The positive rate of PCT was 0.5μg / L. The PCT positive rate was 92.5% in 40 cases of bacterial infection group and 13.3% in 30 cases of virus infection group. There was significant difference between the two groups in PCT positive rate Statistical significance (P <0.01). In addition, there was a significant difference in the PCT levels between the general infection group, the severe infection group and the control group in the 40 bacterial infection groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: The application of serum PCT level detection method in the diagnosis of bacterial infectious diseases and the diagnosis of virus infectious diseases has achieved good results. And the detection of serum PCT levels can determine the severity of the disease and the prognosis of patients.
