材料和方法:(1)从无微丝蚴血症而有班氏丝虫病临床症状诸如淋巴水肿、阴囊水肿和象皮肿患者;同时有针对班氏丝虫微丝蚴表面抗原的循环抗体和针对指状腹腔丝虫成虫抗原SD_2-4的循环抗体的患者收集血清,混合的血清中含有高水平循环抗体。(2)病人血清用PEG(聚乙烯二醇)沉淀分离免疫复合物(和抗原),这种物质称为班氏丝虫抗原提取物。(3)指状腹腔丝虫成虫从牛腹腔中收集,制成抗原SD_2-4。(4)有抗体的病人血清及~(126)碘标记的指状腹腔丝虫粗抗原制成免疫复合物用PEG沉淀。(5)以SD_2-4抗
MATERIALS AND METHODS: (1) There were clinical symptoms of Bancroftian filariasis such as lymphedema, scrotal edema and elephantiasis without microfilamentosis; meanwhile, there were circulating antibodies directed against the filamentous surface of Bancroftian filariasis microfilariae Serum was collected from patients with circulating antibodies to finger-shaped celiac adult antigen SD_2-4, which contained high levels of circulating antibodies. (2) Patient serum Precipitate the immunocomplexes (and antigens) with PEG (polyethylene glycol), a substance known as the Bancroftian’s worm antigen extract. (3) The adults of the peritoneal filarial filaments were collected from the abdominal cavity of the cow and made into antigen SD_2-4.
