本实验应用成年雄性家兔95只,其中18只作为对照,其余的动物以外科手术造成桡骨中段缺损,分别在不同时间杀死,取出甲状旁腺进行常规组织学和组织化学观察。骨折后第三天家兔甲状旁腺细胞体积增大,空泡增多,蛋白质茚三酮-雪夫反应和α-酰胺羧基反应增强。第七天后上述变化更加显著;核糖核酸含量明显增高;糖原显著减少;酸性磷酸酶,非特异性酯酶,琥珀酸脱氢酶和毛细血管内皮的碱性磷酸酶的活性也相应增高。骨折后17天酯酶和琥珀酸脱氢酶恢复正常,21天糖原和碱性磷酸酶也开始恢复,而其它反应到35天尚未恢复到正常水平。文中讨论了以上各种变化和甲状旁腺的机能的意义,以及它们和骨折愈合各期局部变化的关系。
In this experiment, 95 adult male rabbits were used, of which 18 as a control, and the remaining animals to surgery in the middle of the radius caused by radial defects were killed at different times, remove the parathyroid for routine histological and histochemical observations. On the third day after fracture, rabbit parathyroid cells increased in volume and vacuolus increased, and ninhydrin-Schiff reaction and α-amide carboxyl reaction increased. After 7 days, the above changes were more significant; the content of ribonucleic acid was significantly increased; the glycogen was significantly reduced; the activity of alkaline phosphatase of acid phosphatase, non-specific esterase, succinate dehydrogenase and capillary endothelium also increased accordingly. Esterase and succinate dehydrogenase returned to normal 17 days after fracture, and glycogen and alkaline phosphatase started to recover on day 21, whereas others did not return to normal levels by 35 days. The paper discusses the significance of these changes and parathyroid function, as well as their relationship to the local changes in each phase of fracture healing.
