从社会发展规律来看,新技术的发展必然会对相关行业的从业人员素质提出新要求。手机、互联网等新媒体的快速发展打破了报纸、电视、广播的传统从业规则,从业者需要有新的技能和观念才能适应发展形势。进一步来说,传统媒体从业者究竟面对着一种怎样的挑战?需要如何转型才能合乎新环境要求?本文从人力资源和组织结构两个方面对此问题进行探讨。
Judging from the law of social development, the development of new technologies is bound to put forward new requirements on the quality of employees in relevant industries. The rapid development of new media such as mobile phones and the Internet has broken the traditional rules of the newspaper, television and radio. Practitioners need new skills and concepts to adapt to the development situation. Furthermore, what kind of challenges should traditional media practitioners face and how they need to be transformed in order to meet the requirements of new environment? This article discusses this issue from two aspects of human resources and organizational structure.
