我厂洗煤班从2004年3月开展“创争”活动以来,以培养技能型人才为目标,以增强职工的学习能力和创新能力为重点,以提高职工的思想道德素质和职业技能为核心,精心组织、突出特色,2004年和2005年分别被韩城矿务局授予“创争”活动示范点、“创争”活动先进班组称号;2006年3月又被评为陕西省“创争”活动标兵班组。
