目的 研究黑质突触岛内神经递质改变在帕金森病发病中的作用。方法 采用免疫组织化学方法和图像分析技术观测由6 - OHDA 单侧微量注射制成的帕金森病大鼠黑质网状部突触岛内P物质终末数、GABA 终末数和终末总数及其免疫反应强度的变化。结果 6 - OHDA 注射侧突触岛单位树突膜长度内终末总数较正常侧减少48 % , P 物质终末数和GABA 终末数亦分别减少45 % 和39 % , 但P 物质和GABA 的免疫反应强度在正常侧和注射侧无显著差异。结论 黑质与纹状体之间存在复杂的神经递质间的相互作用与平衡, 帕金森病的发病可能与突触岛内神经递质失衡有关
Objective To study the role of neurotransmitter changes in the substantia nigra synaptic island in the pathogenesis of Parkinson’s disease. Methods Immunohistochemistry and image analysis were used to observe the changes of P substance terminal number, GABA terminal number and total terminal number in the presynaptic island of substantia nigra in Parkinson ’s disease rats by unilateral microinjection of 6 - OHDA And changes in the intensity of its immune response. Results The total number of terminal dendrites in the 6 - OHDA injected side of the synaptic island decreased by 48% compared with that in the normal side. The number of terminal substance P and the number of terminal GABA decreased by 45% and 39% respectively, but the levels of substance P and GABA Immunoreaction intensity in the normal side and injection side no significant difference. Conclusion The complex neurotransmitter interactions and balance between substantia nigra and striatum may contribute to the imbalance of neurotransmitter in the synaptic island
