价格是钢铁产品参与市场竞争的关键因素,为了保证销售渠道的畅通稳定,钢铁企业常常利用价格优惠来激励客户。价格优惠会受到成本、议价能力等因素的影响,进而会影响到钢铁企业的长远发展。本文从钢铁产品的市场特征出发,分析了钢铁企业现行价格政策中存在的问题,并结合经济学中价格歧视理论,提出差异化价格策略。
Price is the key factor that steel products participate in market competition. In order to ensure smooth and stable sales channels, steel companies often use price concessions to motivate customers. Price concessions will be subject to cost, bargaining power and other factors, which in turn will affect the long-term development of iron and steel enterprises. Based on the market characteristics of steel products, this paper analyzes the existing problems in the current price policy of iron and steel enterprises, and puts forward the differentiated price strategy based on the theory of price discrimination in economics.
