有人认为吸烟可延迟十二指肠溃疡的愈合。本文评价持续吸烟对用甲氰咪胍或大剂量 Mylanta Ⅰ(编者按:Mylanta Ⅰ液每5ml 含氢氧化铝400mg,氢氧化镁400mg,二甲基硅油30mg)治疗的患者的十二指肠溃疡愈合的作用.把50例有症状并经内窥镜检证实的十二指肠溃疡患者分为吸烟和不吸烟2组,双盲随机给予甲氰咪胍(每天1g,分次给药)或 Mylanta Ⅰ(每天7次,每次30ml)。每例患者接受甲氰咪胍片/安慰剂合剂或 Mylanta Ⅰ合剂/安慰剂片,每隔2周检查1次,观察症状和计算药量。不向患者提出改变吸烟习惯的
Some people think that smoking can delay the healing of duodenal ulcer. This article evaluates the effects of continuous smoking on duodenal ulcers in patients treated with either cimetidine or high-dose Mylanta I (Editor’s Note: Mylanta I solution containing 400 mg of aluminum hydroxide per 400 ml, 400 mg of magnesium hydroxide, 30 mg of dimethicone) Fifty patients with symptomatic and endoscopically confirmed duodenal ulcer were divided into two groups: smoking and non-smoking, and double-blind randomized to cimetidine (1g / day) or Mylanta I (30 ml each time, seven times a day).
