Training is the greatest benefit for the company and its employees. It shows the importance of training in one’s career planning. However, because of the different training resources available to enterprises, the effectiveness of training is also uneven. How can power supply companies improve corporate training without increasing the investment of teachers? The method of allocation of educational resources in universities provides us with certain references. This article is to explore how to successfully integrate the educational resource sharing model of colleges and universities into the training of power supply companies.
