如何保证炼化装置满负荷、安全、平稳、长周期高效运行,是炼化企业的基本要求,切实有效的员工培训是实现上述目标的根本保证。相对于大型炼化企业而言,小型炼化企业一般都面临工种多、从业人员相对较少的现状,集中、系统的培训工作存在诸多困难。如何才能使小型炼化企业的培训工作更具成效。是值得思考和探索的问题。本文结合中国石油长庆油田分公司甲醇厂多年来在员工培训方面实践探索,谈谈如何根据小型炼化企业的特点,进行员工操作技能培训,提高培训的实效性。
How to ensure the full, safe, stable and long-period efficient operation of the refinery unit is the basic requirement of the refinery enterprises. Practical and effective staff training is the fundamental guarantee for the above objectives. Compared with large-scale refineries, small-scale refineries generally face more jobs and fewer employees. There are many difficulties in conducting centralized and systematic training. How to make the training of small refinery enterprises more effective? Is worth thinking and exploring the issue. Based on the practice of staff training in methanol plant of PetroChina Changqing Oilfield Branch Company for many years, this article discusses how to train staff skills and improve the effectiveness of training according to the characteristics of small-scale refinery enterprises.
