山西关停一批污染严重企业山西省出重拳治理环境污染,到6月底,全省所有工业污染源9524家企业中,经治理达标的有3725家,依法关停的有3494家,从而削减烟尘30万吨、二氧化碳17余万吨,粉尘近16万吨,连同其它污染物共70余万吨。6月5日,山西省政府组织了全省治污“六五”关停行动,依法对未完成治污任务或应予淘汰的企业采取了强制性的断电、断水、吊销营业执照和生产许可证等措施,从而基本解决了长期以来严重扰民和污染环境的小土焦、小炼铁、小耐火等小土企业的问题,进而促进了产业结构调整和企业升级改造,促进了市场健康运行。
