目的:建立山银花药材的指纹图谱,以评价药材质量。方法:应用HPLC法,乙腈-甲醇-0.05%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长240 nm,体积流量0.5 mL/m in,柱温30℃。结果:建立了山银花HPLC指纹图谱共有模式,以及不同产地药材的相似度比较。结论:建立的10批山银花指纹图谱,可为该药材鉴别和质量评价提供依据。
Objective: To establish the fingerprint of medicinal materials of Shannxihua to evaluate the quality of medicinal materials. Methods: The mobile phase was eluted with acetonitrile-methanol-0.05% phosphoric acid by gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 240 nm, the volume flow rate was 0.5 mL / min and the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: The common pattern of HPLC fingerprints of Bastard was established, and the similarity of medicinal materials in different areas was compared. Conclusion: The fingerprint of 10 batches of Shannon-Hickory can establish the basis for identification and quality evaluation of the medicinal materials.
