本文利用纸上层析的方法将Cr(Ⅲ)固定到原点上与带色的Fe、Cu、Ni离子分离,然后将它氧化为Cr(Ⅵ)、用二苯氨基脲法进行测定,这样不仅能测定在大量铁、铜、镍、(钒)等带色离子存在下的铬,而且方法的准确度和精密度都符合分析质量要求。经实验证明,在此条件下本方法能测定矿石及合金中含有0.x%以上的铬,回收率均在90%以上,相对标准偏差在5%。左右
In this paper, the method of paper chromatography was used to fix Cr (Ⅲ) to the origin and separate the colored Fe, Cu and Ni ions and then oxidize it to Cr (Ⅵ) and determine it by diphenylsemicarbazide method. Chromium can be measured in the presence of a large amount of colored ions such as iron, copper, nickel, (vanadium), and the accuracy and precision of the method meet the analytical quality requirements. It has been proved through experiments that under the conditions, the method can determine that the ore and the alloy contain more than 0.x% chromium, the recovery rates are above 90% and the relative standard deviation is 5%. about
