目的通过对我省地震灾区CT机应用质量的检测,了解灾区震后恢复使用的CT机性能状况,探讨提高震后灾区CT机质量控制的措施。方法按照国家相关标准对CT机应用性能指标进行检测。结果所检CT机关键性指标检测结果合格率较高,但“CT剂量指数”合格率仅为80.6%。结论在灾区恢复重建、配置CT机的同时,应加强对灾区CT机的质量控制,医院应重视对设备的维护和操作技术的提高。
Objective To detect the quality of CT machine used in earthquake-stricken areas in our province to understand the performance of CT machines recovered after the earthquake and to discuss the measures to improve the quality control of CT machines in post-earthquake affected areas. Methods According to the relevant national standards for CT machine performance testing. Results The results of detection of key indicators of CT machine pass rate higher, but “CT dose index ” pass rate was only 80.6%. Conclusions In the reconstruction and reconstruction of the affected areas, the quality of CT machines should be strengthened in the disaster area while the CT machines should be deployed. The hospital should pay attention to the improvement of the equipment maintenance and operation techniques.
