在盐城市文化界,提起范玉媛,人们总是油然而生敬意。这不仅因为她是我国京剧艺术大师梅兰芳先生的入室弟子、著名京剧演员,也不仅因为她是盐城市政协副主席、市民盟副主委、市文化局副局长,更重要的,是她在40多年的艺术生涯及后来从政过程中所体现出来的高尚品德、人格魅力和奉献精神。一股拼劲干事业范玉媛是天津市人,自幼学艺。1958年,15岁的范玉媛经组织推荐,在北京拜京剧艺术大师梅兰芳为师。从此,她与梅派艺术结下了不解之缘。几十年来,她随剧团从天津到北京,从东北、西北到苏北,在京剧舞台上塑造了一个个丰满鲜活的艺术形象,倾倒了无数观众,也赢得了专家的赞誉。长年不懈的艺术实践和勤奋刻苦的钻研探索,使她在众多的梅派弟子中脱颖而出,一 Yancheng cultural circles, filed Fan Yuyuan, people always pay respect to you.
