The authors retrospectively analyzed the effect of comprehensive treatment in patients with endometrial cancer with lymph node metastasis (C stage). All patients with endometrial cancer who underwent radical pelvic and aortic lymph node dissection underwent surgical staging. Resection of macroscopic metastatic lymph nodes was performed intraoperatively. Radiotherapy was performed on patients with lymph node metastasis under the microscope, and patients with macroscopic lymph node metastasis were treated with postoperative radiotherapy
