本文运用定量研究的方法,从体育类毕业生的工作业绩和待遇,社会适应能力,工作满意度等方面对少数民族地区地方院校的体育类毕业生现状进行了分析,结果发现:少数民族地方体育类院校毕业生工作后在工作待遇方面的发展基本包括权力型增长、声望型增长和财富型增长三个方面;毕业生工作后在心理素质、合作意识、人际沟通与交往、专业技术水平等方面都能够保持一个稳定的状态;体育毕业生对工作的满意方面基本表现为物质待遇满意型,发展潜力满意型,工作状态满意型三类。毕业生对工作中的良好的人际关系和较高的职业声望的需求是较高的,这两个方面在很大程度上影响他们的工作满意度。
This paper analyzes the status quo of PE graduates in local colleges and universities in ethnic minority areas from the aspects of job performance and treatment, social adaptability and job satisfaction of PE graduates by means of quantitative research. The results show that: After graduation, there are three aspects of the development of the treatment in terms of working treatment: power-based growth, prestige-oriented growth and wealth-based growth. After graduation, the graduates have a great deal of experience in psychology, cooperation, interpersonal communication and professional skills And other aspects to maintain a stable state; the basic performance of the sports graduates satisfaction with the job is satisfied with the type of material treatment, the potential for the development of satisfactory type, the working state satisfied with the three types. Graduates have a high demand for good interpersonal relationships and high professional prestige at work, both of which have a significant impact on their job satisfaction.
