万达集团去年八月购入加州比佛利山庄威榭尔大道昔日的Robinsons-May百货公司旧址，并于最近公布了更多该项目最新相关细节。万达表示，其名为“一座比佛利山庄”的项目包括圣塔莫尼卡大道南部建筑群的一间134房万达品牌奢华精品酒店、193幢住宅、崭新公共花园及开放空间。理查德？迈耶建筑师事务所走马上任担纲设计，雅典集团则鼎力相助，成为万达该项目的发展合作方。不落窠臼的“一座比佛利山庄”项目主以公共花园、开放空间及园林建筑公司Olin设计的绿色空间，预计于2019年早中叶首度出山，届时将达到LEED银级认证。

Wanda said the property — One Beverly Hills — will include a 134-room Wandabranded luxury boutique hotel in the South Building on Santa Monica Boulevard， 193 residences and new public gardens and open space. Te Athens Group is Wanda’ s development partner on the project， which is being designed by Richard Meier & Partners Architects. One Beverly Hills will feature public gardens， open space and green space designed by landscape architecture frm Olin. Te entire project， which is expected to debut in early to mid-2019， will be certifed LEED Silver.
