要用只言片语来总括如今的设计大样貌，着实是纸上谈兵 — 任何建筑似乎都披着本土化外衣，不一而足。不过，总有一些设计趋势“放之四海而皆准”，简洁当代风便是其中之一。246房的乔治亚巴统希尔顿酒店（黑海度假城市首间希尔顿物业）以简洁当代风为基调，于当代炫酷中浇入度假村“清流”。强烈线条与原木色调呈现时新观感。中性色调“汪洋恣肆”的套房因几抹深色调而趣味不迭，图案地毯另增妙意。
