时隔三年,中国钢铁业界领军人物——“铁娘子”谢企华强势回归,执掌“中投二号”。2010年12月22日的北京,阳光短暂地温暖照人。下午5时,京城一家宾馆的会议室内正在举行一场隆重的仪式。筹备四年之久的“中投二号”——中国国新控股有限公司(下称国新公司),正式挂牌。这是国资委旗下的第三家国有资产企业,另外两家分别是国家开发投资公司(下称国开投)和中国诚通集团(下称诚通)。
