调查表明,高校教职工的积极率普遍有待提高,女性教职工的平均积极率高于男性教职工,专业技术岗位教职工的积极率明显高于非专业技术岗位教职工,文科教职工的积极率明显高于理工科教职工,职称因素对高校教职工积极率的影响不显著。高校应重视教职工的心理健康状况,普及心理健康知识,增强教职工自我调节意识;鼓励教职工丰富个人精神生活,增加积极情绪;引导教职工了解自我及工作性质,增进对工作价值感的认同。
