2011年,昭通供电局在应对冰灾的同时,又遭遇持续干旱,加上年末计划用电以及煤电挂钩的严峻形势,昭通电网电力供应面临严峻挑战。全局干部员工克服重重困难,积极应对复杂形势,千方百计保障电力供应,连续13次刷新日最高负荷纪录,8次创下日供电量的历史新高,实现了电力电量的稳定增长,全年累计完成售电量38.56亿千瓦时,同比增长28.15%,完成年初售电计划34.3亿千瓦时
