40初治急性白血病患者红细胞免疫功能显著低于对照组（P＜0.01），经单纯化疗达到完全缓解者免疫功能部分恢复（P＜0．05），而化疗＋黄芪注射注液治疗达完全缓解者免疫功能完全恢复正常（P＞0.05），提示黄芪注射液有助于红细胞免疫功能的恢复。
