研究Wistar大鼠在左结肠切断再吻合术后5-Fu或加用甲酰四氢叶酸钙(LV)腹腔化疗(IPC)对吻合口愈合的影响。结果表明:5-Fu+LV组治疗期间死亡率和吻合口并发症发生率较5-Fu组低,但均高于生理盐水对照组(C组),LV组无死亡和并发症发生,各组间死亡率和并发症发生率无明显差异(P>0.05);5-Fu+LV组吻合口羟脯氨酸含量(HPC)较C组降低(P<0.05).但吻合口破裂压(ABP)无明显下降(P>0.05),5-Fu组HPC和ABP明显低于C组(P<0.01)和5-Fu+LV组(P<0.05);光镜下5-Fu+LV组术后7天吻合口胶原纤维少于C组,但较5-Fu组明显增多、粗大且排列规则;LV组HPC和ABP略高于C组(P>0.05),光镜所见与C组相似。提示5-FuIPC明显损害吻合口愈合.联合应用LV能减轻5-Fu的损害作用。
To investigate the effect of 5-Fu or addition of intraperitoneal chemotherapy (IPC) with calcium folinate (LV) on the healing of anastomotic stoma in Wistar rats after re-anastomosis of left colon. The results showed that the mortality rate and the incidence of anastomotic complications in the 5-Fu+LV group were lower than those in the 5-Fu group, but higher than that in the normal saline control group (C group). No mortality and complications occurred in the LV group. There was no significant difference in mortality and complication rate (P>0.05). The content of hydroxyproline (HPC) in the anastomosis of 5-Fu+LV group was lower than that in group C (P<0.05). However, the ABP was not significantly decreased (P>0.05). The HPC and ABP in the 5-Fu group were significantly lower than those in the C group (P<0.01) and 5-Fu+LV group (P<0.05). Under light microscopy, the collagen fibers in the anastomosis of the 5-Fu+LV group were less than the C group at the 7th day after operation, but were significantly larger, thicker, and more regular than the 5-Fu group. The HPC and ABP of the LV group were slightly higher than that of the C group (P>0. 05) The light microscope is similar to the C group. Tip 5-FuIPC significantly impaired anastomotic healing. Combined application of LV can reduce the damage of 5-Fu.
