采用均匀设计法对甲氧氯普胺在液相中球型结聚的条件进行了优化。考察的主要因素包括药物浓度、温度、表面活性剂和架桥剂用量及搅拌速度。球形粒子收得率优化结果预测和实测分别为49.52%和48.76%。
The uniform design of metoclopramide in the liquid phase of spherical agglomeration conditions were optimized. The main factors investigated included drug concentration, temperature, amount of surfactant and bridging agent and stirring speed. The result of optimization of spherical particle yield is predicted and measured to be 49.52% and 48.76% respectively.
