客观诚信指的是一种外部行为,主观诚信是一种内心状态。我国应采用德国或瑞士的做法,对二者采取不同的表达,并且要么将二者都提升为民法的基本原则要么都不提升为基本原则,而只作为各自领域内的基本原则。
Objective honesty refers to an external behavior, subjective honesty is a state of mind. My country should adopt the German or Swiss approach and adopt a different expression of the two. Both should be promoted either as basic principles of civil law or neither as basic principles, but merely as basic principles in their respective fields.
