结合工厂实际生产情况设计套筒铸件的生产工艺,并利用CAE软件模拟了该铸造工艺方案的充型和凝固过程。基于模拟结果的分析,对铸造工艺方案进行优化,确保生产出合格铸件。
The production process of sleeve casting was designed according to the actual production of the factory. The filling and solidification process of the casting process was simulated by CAE software. Based on the analysis of the simulation results, the casting process is optimized to ensure the production of qualified castings.
