材料及方法本文报告12例小儿糖尿病用小剂量胰岛素静脉滴注治疗的结果。12例中8例酮症酸中毒,4例高血糖无酸中毒(3例耐胰岛素性糖尿病,1例胸部手术后)。男女各半。年龄4～15岁。体重14～60公斤。糖尿病酮症酸中毒的诊断标准包括高血糖、酮尿和严重的酸中毒(碳酸氢盐<12毫当量和/或血PH<7.2)。其中6例是近期确诊的,另6例已接受过胰岛素治
Materials and Methods This article reports 12 cases of pediatric diabetes with low-dose insulin intravenous infusion of the results. Eight of the 12 patients had ketoacidosis and four had hyperglycemia without acidosis (3 insulin resistance-resistant diabetes and 1 patient after thoracic surgery). Half of men and women.
