目的:对不同产地蛴螬的蛋白质、氨基酸和无机元素进行综合分析,考察各地的差异,为蛴螬药材质量评价及临床应用提供参考依据。方法:采用凯式定氮法、氨基酸分析仪、原子吸收光谱仪、元素分析仪等对全国不同产地蛴螬中的蛋白质、氨基酸、无机元素等含量进行分析。结果:全国不同产地蛴螬中含有的成分有一定差异,蛋白质含量为33.4%~44.4%,江西产蛋白质含量最高;各产地蛴螬均含有17种氨基酸,其中7种为人体必需氨基酸,含量较高的有谷氨酸(5.21%~7.03%)、酪氨酸(4.10%~5.27%)、天门冬氨酸(3.21%~5.35%);含有丰富的宏量元素Mg、Ca与微量元素Fe、Zn等。结论:蛴螬中含有多种人体必需的氨基酸和无机元素,不同产地含量有一定差异。
OBJECTIVE: To make a comprehensive analysis of protein, amino acids and inorganic elements in different areas, and to find out the differences among different places in order to provide references for the quality evaluation and clinical application of medicinal materials. Methods: The contents of protein, amino acids and inorganic elements in the Chinese civens were analyzed by Kay nitrogen, amino acid analyzer, atomic absorption spectrometer and elemental analyzer. Results: There were some differences in the contents of protein from 33.4% to 44.4% in different regions of China. The content of protein was the highest in Jiangxi Province. There were 17 kinds of amino acids in each region, including 7 kinds of essential amino acids There are glutamic acid (5.21% ~ 7.03%), tyrosine (4.10% -5.27%), aspartic acid (3.21% ~ 5.35%); rich in macro elements Mg, Ca and trace elements Fe, Zn Wait. Conclusion: The catfish contains a variety of essential amino acids and inorganic elements, the content of different origin have some differences.
