壹个从实务界转到学术界的人．最大的资产是“经验”;最大的毛病也是“经验”! 因为它很容易在课堂上得到共鸣．但也很可能被它的惯性而轻忽了理论的钻研和发现．所以要谈我在北大这几年讲学的心得．莫过于北大学子们给我的刺激和鼓励．因为他们的优秀．让我不能依恃有限的经验;因为他们的认真,让我不能只停留在原有的基础之上。他们专注．有神的眼球．给我一种鞭策和动力。我只有一条道路:那就是看更多的书籍和研究,并一再与过去的经验相对照．提出更加具有说服力的理论与看法。
A person who has moved from practice to academia. The biggest asset is “experience.” The biggest problem is “experience.” Because it can easily resonate in class. But it is also likely to be neglected by its inertia and theoretical study and discovery. So I have to talk about my experience in lecturing at Peking University in recent years. Than the students of North University gave me the stimulation and encouragement. Because of their excellence. I can not rely on limited experience; because of their serious, so I can not just stay on the original basis. They focus. God’s eye. Give me a boost and motivation. I have only one path: to read more books and research, and to compare with past experience again and again. Put forward more convincing theories and opinions.
