现将13例矽肺Ⅰ期患者经低功率密度二氧化碳激光治疗后取得的初步疗效简要报告如下。 病例组成 矽肺Ⅰ期男性患者13例,年龄47~66岁,矽尘作业工龄7~30年,其中肺代偿功能乙级者7例。 治疗方法 以20瓦波长10.6微米的二氧化碳激光,经焦距80毫米锗透镜聚焦后,在距透镜1.5米处照射病员背部中下肺野相应区,照射区光斑直径15厘米,功率密度为113毫米/平方厘米。照射时左右二侧各照射10分钟,每天一次,每周六次。总照射次数为36~46次。患者接受激光治疗期间伴用一般对症治疗药物。 现将13例矽肺Ⅰ期患者经低功率密度二氧化碳激光治疗后取得的初步疗效简要报告如下。
